Pricing Information

It's Really Concrete normally schedules & completes work in a 3-week window. On occasion, we do have schedule openings and would consider credits to maintain a predictable workload. Please discuss with your consultant any possible openings & possible discounts. It's Really Concrete's artisans & apprentices are available for plant shutdowns, special needs such as Master's Week preparations, weekends, and shift work! There may be additional charges for premium time. Please call for a consultation and estimate on your project.

As a general guide, we apply the following square foot rates:

Concrete resurfacing - $ 2.50 - $ 4.00;

Acid-reactive stain - exterior - $ 5.50; interior - $ 6.50;

Non-slip pool enhancements - exterior - $ 6.50, interior - $ 7.00;

Journeyman mason trowel - exterior - $ 6.50; interior - $ 7.50;

Embossed thin-stamped - exterior - $ 8.00; interior - $ 9.00;

Engraving - exterior - $1.50 LF, interior - $ 2.00 LF;

Concrete countertops - $ 100.00 - $ 150 SF

All pricing is approximate & contingent upon site conditions. All projects are scheduled to begin within 3 weeks of order date.

Normal driveway entrance - $1,750.00 include prep, reflective house #, & 2 coats of eliteCrete's UV & stain resistant ' CSS ', a high-weight solvent-based methylmethacrylate-reinforced sealant - the industry's absolute best base sealant.

Terms of sale - deposit of 33% due upon agreement; 33% upon start of work including material delivery; balance due when completed.

Clients select final color, ooooooohh, & aaaaaaahh only! If client assists, add 5%.
